The Herlíkovice-Bubákov Ski Area

The Bubákov-Herlíkovice Ski Area in the Krkonoše Mountains in the northern part of the Czech Republic is a great place for family vacations and ski courses. It is located in Hořejsí Vrchlabí, 300m from the road that leads from Vrchlabi in the direction of Špindlerův Mlýn.

We offer rooms in a pension, a ski school, quality slopes, ski tows with seats, three ski lifts, and a children's snow playground. The area also has a ski rental shop, ski repair shop, snack shop, and restaurant.

Ski Trails
Ski trails of various difficulties will satisfy the beginner and the advanced skier. Day or evening skiing is possible on well-lighted and interlinked ski slopes for a total length of 2 km. All ski slopes are supplemented with artificial snow from six snow canons and are maintained daily with a new Bombardier.

Lifts and Tows
The ski area has a new four-seat lift, two ski tows, and a children's playground. There is another two-seat lift and three tows in the Herlikovice area.

Ski permits for one or more days are available for the whole area of Bubákov i Herlíkovice.

Transport to Bubákov is arranged by a private ski bus (8 people capacity). We can aklso arrange for a bus for large groups and school trips. Local transportation is provided for free, but prices for long-distance trips must be negotiated.

In the Bubakov Ski Area, visitors can arrange all types of competitions–ski, snowboard, jumps, and bicycle.
A ski patrol services the ski area.
